Woodland ASA Decking by NeoLine
NeoLine Woodland ASA Composite Decking is engineered with a specialized multi-tone technology that creates rich, natural colour variation, replicating the depth and character of real wood while maintaining a consistent, premium finish.
Protected by an advanced ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) outer layer, Woodland delivers the warmth and beauty of timber together with the durability, weather resistance, and low maintenance of next-generation composite materials.
Designed for demanding outdoor environments, NeoLine Woodland ASA Decking is positioned as a high-performance architectural decking solution for projects where long-term appearance, structural stability, and minimal upkeep are essential. The ASA protective shell enhances resistance to UV exposure, moisture, staining, and surface wear, helping the deck retain its original look over time.
Ideal for luxury residential decks, custom homes, rooftop terraces, and premium outdoor living spaces where aesthetics and lifecycle value are equally important.

What is ASA Decking
ASA decking is composite decking that uses ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) as the outer protective layer (cap) over a composite core (typically PVC/WPC blend). The ASA layer is an engineered thermoplastic designed specifically for long-term outdoor exposure.
ASA itself is a polymer developed as an alternative to ABS with much higher weather resistance and durability in sunlight and harsh environments.
In decking, this ASA “cap” is usually applied through co-extrusion, creating a protective shell that shields the core material from UV, moisture, stains, and wear.
Key Features of Woodland ASA Decking

Size: 5.5" (width) *0.87" (thickness) *10' (length)
Cap layer: ASA engineered cap
Composite Core: 50% PVC, 25% wood fibre, 15% calcium carbonate, 10% performance additives
Board Finish: Woodgrain
Colours: Four colours to choose

Key Benefits of ASA Decking
1. Superior UV and Colour Stability
-
ASA has exceptional resistance to ultraviolet radiation, allowing it to retain color and surface finish over many years.
-
The material resists yellowing, fading, and surface degradation under prolonged sun exposure.
Why it matters: Deck boards maintain a consistent premium appearance in strong sun (important for south-facing or waterfront projects).
2. Outstanding Weather Resistance
-
ASA performs well in rain, snow, humidity, and temperature swings.
-
It keeps its mechanical properties and toughness in outdoor environments.
Why it matters: Reduced cracking, chalking, or brittleness over time.
3. Long-Term Durability
-
ASA is a tough, rigid engineering plastic with good impact and wear resistance.
-
Properly formulated ASA materials can maintain performance for 10+ years outdoors.
Why it matters: Longer service life compared with many conventional plastics.
4. Better Surface Protection
-
The co-extruded shell acts as a barrier against stains, scratches, and moisture penetration.
-
The outer layer has very low water absorption, reducing swelling or warping.
Why it matters: Easier maintenance and more stable boards in wet climates (like coastal BC).
5. Heat and Temperature Stability
-
ASA offers strong resistance to heat and temperature extremes compared with many common plastics.
Why it matters: Decking is less likely to deform in hot sun or become brittle in cold weather.
NeoLine Decking Colours
NeoLine Woodland ASA composite decking is available in four carefully selected colours, offering a natural wood appearance with rich, consistent tones to suit a wide range of outdoor designs.
